How Long Are Tea Events? 

Tea Events are 2 hours per seating. Please arrive on time to ensure you are able to maximize your time.

What is Parking Like in the Area? 

Geneva has plenty of free public parking available on streets, in designated lots, or in a parking garage a few blocks away

Is outside food and beverage allowed? 

BYOB for wine (1 bottle for every 2 persons) is an option for guests 21+. If you are celebrating a special occasion, let us know so we can help recognize your occasion with you. You may bring a small cake or treats in with you if you wish!

Is Outside Seating Available? 

Not at this time, but will certainly share if this changes.

Are food items certified Gluten Free or Vegetarian? 

No. While items are made to distinctly limit the potential for cross-contamination, they are made in a kitchen that processes common known allergens including wheat, eggs, dairy, meat.

What is the dress code? 

Dressy casual is recommended, but certainly not required. A good theme is always welcomed---bring out your London glam or Bridgerton best :)

I bought a ticket and can no longer attend. Can I receive a refund? 

At this time, refunds are not available. Transferring to a new date may be possible, but not guaranteed. 

You may also transfer your ticket to another individual.

My group is buying tickets individually, how do we ensure we are seated together? 

Your best bet is to purchase tickets as a group by having one person make the purchase. However, if this does not work, please purchase all at the same time and email oakandrosetearoom@gmail.com and share your reservation group (names and size). Please note seating together is not guaranteed if tickets are purchased separately.
